Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site Hydrator software service, including any associated websites, networks, applications, and other services provided by Site Hydrator (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, ("Client") and Site Hydrator ("Company"). By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

A. WHEREAS, Client shall pay Company an hourly fee of $200 ("Hourly Fee") for Services, helping to conceptualize Client's Website, and as a fixed fee for developing Client's Website;
