How do I update my website?
Site Hydrator is designed around easily updating your website.
To update you may:
- Go to your client portal and update your site configuration.
- Ask for assistance in your client portal.
- Send us a email.
Do you offer Single Sign On (SSO)?
We sure do! We can set this up for you anytime. We have integrations with the following services:
- Discord
If we're missing one that you prefer, let us know and we will consider it.
How are domains handled?
As part of using Site Hydrator, we are happy to manage your domain for you. This will include the following:
- Purchase
- Renewal
- Setting DNS records
If you prefer to handle your own domain, that's fine! We will inform you of the records you will need to update. This is only necessary when the site is ready to be public.
Do I need to maintain my website?
No, you do not need to maintain your website.
Your website is static, and this comes with many advantages:
- Fast loading time
- No upgrades
- No databases
- Immune to hacking
What is the development time for a website?
In general, website development will take between three to five weeks.
During this time, your website will be available to see at a unique address.
Additionally, you are encouraged to update your website as frequently as you want, we want it to feel like your website, and this applies during the website development as well as in production.
Once it is ready, you will then be able to see it from your official business domain.
How does the subscription work?
Every month you pay for what you use, billed hourly. It begins when we start developing your website.
How is payment handled?
It is pay as you go, billed hourly.
When you login to your account, you can see your current and projected costs for the month.
In your settings you may enable receiving invoice emails by enabling "Receive Invoice Emails". Invoices are sent after being charged, monthly.
How are late payments handled?
Payments are handled automatically. When a payment fails, the following occurs
- You will be emailed of the failed payment
- Your account is placed into a past due status.
You are free to use Site Hydrator during this time, be sure to update your payment method!
If we are unable to restore your account, your subscription will be cancelled and you will be unable to modify your websites.

What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel before the 12 months are up, you will owe the remaining costs of the website development.
If after 12 months, you will be charged for what you used that month.
In either situation, the following will happen:
- Your website will be removed from our hosting services
- Your site code and its information will be placed into an archived status, pending removal.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes we do, we guarantee our work.
When you begin with us, if we cannot design something that you are happy with, we will refund any amount that you have paid.
Please note that after we begin building your website, we cannot offer refunds.
In all situations, if we manage your domain, it will be transferred to you.
How is invoicing handled?
In your user settings is an option: "Receive Invoice Emails"
Enabling this will then send you an email each time you are invoiced.
